On Saturday May 4th, the doubleheader will start at 4:30pm Lansing A vs Rockford Rage. The second bout starts at 6:30pm Lansing B vs Lafayette Roller Derby. The doors will be open at Court One Training Center, 7868 Old M-78, East Lansing, MI, at 4:00pm. Tickets will be available for purchase online at https://ticketstripe.com for a discounted price of $12 plus processing fee. Tickets will always be available at the door and are $15; children 12 and under get in free (one per paying adult). Concessions and adult beverages are now offered in house. If you’re unable to watch in person, the game will be live streamed, starting at 4:00pm, on YouTube at https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCjs2JEmxWPOy3iWY9bgZ8BQ The rules of roller derby can be quite confusing, so make sure to watch the informational videos before the first bout starts. The Mayfair Bar will be hosting the after party at 8:30pm for those who would like to celebrate with the teams afterwards. New Founded Nonprofit Organization. I MalikahAlonzoStevensonShaffer, M.A.S.S of Liks Foundation 2017. We are here to support the Communities and give help and reliefs to those who are in need. Our goal is to alleviate as much stress that we can from families/individuals, children, elderly, dogs, cats and the Homeless, that dwell in our Communities of Michigan, Lansing, Michigan areas etc. We give Our 100%. Liks Foundation presents our first annual fundraising block party dated 06/24/2017 @ Foster park Lansing, Michigan 48912, 1pm - 6pm. Two Street entrance, Marcus Stree & Kalamazoo Street, Everyone is welcome. We will be having lots of fun with the events we have planned, on 06/24/2017, there will be dinner plates for two dollars, serving hamburgers or hotdogs, chips, lemonade/bottled water, etc.. Portland St. Pats Summerfest is a three day event full of fun for the entire family! Friday night--The Journey Tribute Band follows opening act El Kabong. Tickets ($10) are available online at www.stpatssummerfest.com. Beer, craft beer, wine, and food will be available. Saturday is a day of family fun. 3-on-3 Basketball Tournaments, 9U-13U Baseball Tournaments, 16+ Volleyball Tournaments, DJ Trivia, homemade food, beer tent, Kids Karnival games and inflatables. Saturday at 5:00 Shelby Ann-Marie and the Royal Ramblers will take the stage, followed at 7:30 by SKANK. Cover charge ($5) after 7:30 pm. Beer, craft beer, wine, homemade food available, too. Sunday begins with an Outdoor Mass at 10:30 in Alton Park. An all-you-can-eat chicken/swiss steak dinner runs from 11:30-2:30. Musical group 3 Husbands on the Loose will be on stage at noon, followed at 1:30 by the Hubbardston Irish Dance Troupe. Kids Karnival runs all day, too.
