The parade begins at the Hannah Community Center, travels down Abbot to Grand River, and into campus at the Farm Lane entrance.
The parade features more than 130 entries, including the Spartan Marching Band, the MSU Alumni Band, student organizations, MSU athletic teams and dance teams, MSU colleges and departments, Greek sororities and fraternities, East Lansing community groups, Michigan high school bands, and much more.
Inside of Sexton High Football Stadium. Be sure to bring your nonperishable items to the stadium. There will be containers for both schools at the front gate to drop off the food. Food will be donated to the Greater Lansing Food Bank. Here's your chance to join the the rivalry!!!!

Michigan State Madness will be held on Friday, Oct. 20. MSU’s annual event celebrates the beginning of the 2017-18 season for both the men’s and women’s basketball teams. Doors to the Breslin Center will open at 8:30 p.m. Admission is free.
The event begins with autographs for Spartan fans on the Breslin Center concourse. The formal program will begin at 9:30 p.m. and feature the introduction of the men's and women's basketball teams as well as team scrimmages. The evening also will include performances by the Spartan Marching Band and drumline, Michigan State cheerleaders, MSU dance team and Sparty.
