MSU Phi Beta Sigma presents Annual Youth Workshop

LANSING, Mich. – The Epsilon Tau Sigma chapter of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity Inc. will host its  annual youth workshop on February 1, 2018.

This will be the 29th year that the Lansing chapter has organized and hosted the event which will feature different activities tailored to the development of high school students in the Lansing area.

Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc. Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc. established in 1914, on Howard University is a global organization with over 450 chapters and 150, 000 members.

"Each year we try to really hit home on our three pillars of brotherhood, scholarship and service by having different sessions for Lansing students to learn about the importance of professionalism and taking the right path," chapter member and event chair, Dr. Darrell King said. "As a Fraternity, we are committed to fostering the success of younger generations because they truly hold the keys to our future"

The event is titled "The BluPrint for Success: Bringing Out the Professional in You" and will be from 8 am – 2 pm at the Hannah Community Center in East Lansing.

"This is always a fun event to connect with the Lansing community," said chapter member, Rob Biddle. "We really want to push the message, especially to the Lansing youth, that we are a source of support ."
