It seems some celebrities just can't pay the IRS when they're suppose to. Linoel Richie, who's worth $200 million, owes $1, 130,609.11 million dollars in unpaid income tax for 2010.

If Richie doesn't pay, Uncle Sam can start repossessing his belongings.
