JAY-Z PLANS TO SPOIL BLUE IVY

Jay-Z will be appearing on Oprah's Master Class: Special Edition tonight and on the show, he reveals that he fully expects to be a doting father and knows that he'll likely spoil his baby girl,Blue Ivy. He admits, "I imagine I'll take things I learned from my mom and things I've learned from raising my nephews and apply that. Then at the end of the day, I just know I'll probably have the worst-spoiled little kid ever."
