Early this morning, 50 Cent found himself in a Queens, NY hospital after being rear-ended by a Mack Truck along the Long Island Expressway, and almost flipping his car. Although no serious injuries were reported, Curtis Jackson and the truck driver were both taken to the hospital for examinations.
50 Cent's upcoming album 5: Murder By Numbers is scheduled to be released July 3rd, but we'll see if this changes those plans in any way.
UPDATE: 50 Cent was released from the hospital this morning and is "doing fine" after being treated for minor neck and back injuries.
