Beyonce and Jay-Z will be attiending the BET Awards this weekend But will Beyonce perform?

Rumors are that she will be singing during the planned Whitney Houston tribute. Nothing has been confirmed but BET's president, Stephen Hill has been sending out some cryptic tweets:
