Apple Unveils New iPhone

(NEWSER) – Apple has begun unveiling its latest gadgets, with CEO Tim Cook dispensing with the usual long intro. After declaring, "everything is great," he introduced the company's highly anticipated larger phones, the iPhone 6 and the iPhone 6 Plus. (Sneak peeks surfaced yesterday.) Details on pricing, specs, and availability to come, though the iPhone 6 has a 4.7-inch screen and the Plus a 5.5-inch screen. Cook also is expected to announce some kind of iWatch, too. You can watch for yourself via an Applelivestream (the video stream only works on Apple browsers). Lots of live blogs are out there, including this from the Wall Street Journal.

These video explain how you can disable this feature and keep yor cell phone bill low. And make sure whenever an app updates on your phone, take a minute to read what the updates do.
