As the school year begins for many students and parents, the layers of stress also begin to pile on. However, there are a few key things that will help both parents and students transition into a smoother school year.

  1. Being organized helps to keep track of time and the things that are priority. Hanging up a calendar or to-do list for the family help with time management.
  2. Setting aside time for fun for the family will help reduce the daily stress of our busy lives. Having a game night, movie night  will implement togetherness.
  3. At the end of the day we all need a peace of mind; yoga, meditation and a nice shower or bath will help you unwind and relax for the day ahead.

​Just  remember that stress not only affects you, but it affects those around you and your daily performance. So just let it go... laugh
