From Basketball Wife to Prom Queen

Basketball Wives” star Evelyn Lozada has been staying out of the spotlight since her marriage to Chad Ochocinco ended, but she is ready to come out and start working again, according to a new “S2S Magazine” report released on Oct. 19. And she is starting by giving back to her fans by accepting a prom date invitation. “I was just asked to the prom by one of my Twitter followers…and I gladly accepted,” “Basketball Wives” star Evelyn Lozada recently tweeted to her followers. It sounds like she wants to give back to her fans, who have been standing by her side during her dramatic behavior on the show, her failed marriage and her return to the spotlight.

“Since your [sic] single now, wanna go to prom with me,” a man named Anthony tweeted “Basketball Wives” star Evelyn Lozada. After Evelyn agreed to attend, Anthony wrote, "Never in my life have I been so happy." In other words, “Basketball Wives” star Evelyn Lozada will be going to prom at the West Bloomfield High School and she is looking forward to going.

“I have to say that I’m very excited,” she wrote. “The reason why I’m so excited is because I never had the opportunity to attend my own prom. During that time of my life, I was becoming a teenage mom and pregnant with my daughter Shaniece.” She wants her fans to get involved with the process, so she will keep them posted on how she is getting ready for the prom date and she is even considering letting her fans choose her dress for her.
