Praphit

I (Praphit, left) was born in Lansing, MI in 1993 and been here all my life. Growing up, my cousins and their friends introduced me to Hip-hop. They showed me Nas, Jay-Z, Big Pun, Jadakiss, Eminem among others, and that became my standard for Hip-Hop music. Also, as a kid I got to watch local rap legend Jakel do his thing up close. That inspired me to chase a career as a rapper. I've been making music with my long time friend, Lord Rafiel (right), since high school. Together we are the group 93 Taught Me signed with Lourdes Records. We want to make music reminiscent of the way 90s Hip Hop made us feel, while making it sound new and not recycled. This single is a fun song about remaining positive throughout  everyday life.
