POWER 96.5 PRESENTS

V.I.P. ENTRY FOR YOU AND GUEST TO THE WIZ AT THE WHARTON CENTER 

CONTEST DATES: FRIDAY NOVEMBER 28TH-SUNDAY NOVEMBER 30TH AT 11:59PM 

How to Enter:

Starting on

Friday November 28th through Sunday November 30th  at 11:59 pm you may click on THE WIZ V.I.P banner to enter into the drawing to V.I.P access for (2) to The Wiz at The Wharton Center as special guests of Bigman Genesis and Brion O Brion on Tuesday December 9th for opening night.

On Monday December 1st at between 10 am and 6 pm with Brion O'Brion and Bigman Genesis  Power 96.5 will draw a winning name from the online submissions and after 9 minutes and 65 seconds another name will be called if the initial winner has not called the station.

1. Only participants in the Power 96.5 listening area are eligible for the contest

2. One (1) person per household can be qualified for this contest.

3. Winners must present their full legal name and address and must present a valid form of identification and sign a waiver to claim all prizes. By signing the waiver winners grant MacDonald Broadcasting the right to use their name, voice, and or likeness without further compensation.

4. Winners must be at least 18 years of age. No purchase is required; prizes are non-transferable and have no redeemable cash value. Winner is subject to any and all taxes as per the Internal Revenue Service.

5. Unless otherwise specified, winners have thirty days from the date of winning to pick up their prizes at MacDonald Broadcasting offices located at 600 West Cavanaugh, Lansing, MI 48910, during regular business hours (8am-12pm or 1pm-5pm), Monday through Friday excluding holidays. Prizes are forfeited if not picked up in the allotted time. Any prize unclaimed after the date of an event is forfeited.

6. Winners must present a valid picture ID for verification.

7. All contest winners will have a 30-day waiting period before they are eligible to win another prize on Power 96.5.

8. No employees of MacDonald Broadcasting Company & participating sponsor(s) may win prizes. No family members or household(s) related to any employee of MacDonald Broadcasting Company or participating sponsor(s) may win prizes. No competing media station(s) employee nor related family member or household may win prizes.

9. MacDonald Broadcasting reserves the right to make changes to all contest rules, failure to comply with all contest rules may result in disqualification.
