POWER 96.5 FAN FLY AWAY:SPLASH AND PLAY GET-A-WAY

DATE OF CONTEST NOVEMBER 11, 2024 TO DECEMBER 4, 2024

How to Enter:

Listen to Power 96.5 between 10 a.m. and 11:30 p.m. on weekdays starting on

Monday November 11th at 12:00, 5:00, 8:00 and 11 p.m. be caller number 9 at 517-882-0965 when you hear your cue to call and be entered into one of four drawings for the 

Power 96.5 Splash and Play Getaway at Soaring Eagle Waterpark which includes (1) overnight hotel stay and (4) waterpark passes per drawing. (Hotel and Waterpark passes expire on May 31, 2025)  

Listeners have four chances to enter the drawing, there is one entry per person.  

On Thursday December 5th at approximately 12pm, 5pm, 8pm and 11pm Power 96.5 will draw a name at random from all previous entries between November 11th and December 4th winners will be contacted by Power 96.5 within 24 hours

1. Only participants in the Power 96.5 listening area are eligible for the contest

2. One (1) person per household can be qualified for this contest.

3. Winners must present their full legal name and address and must present a valid form of identification and sign a waiver to claim all prizes. By signing the waiver winners grant MacDonald Broadcasting the right to use their name, voice, and or likeness without further compensation.

4. Winners must be at least 18 years of age. No purchase is required; prizes are non-transferable and have no redeemable cash value. Winner is subject to any and all taxes as per the Internal Revenue Service.

5. Unless otherwise specified, winners have thirty days from the date of winning to pick up their prizes at MacDonald Broadcasting offices located at 600 West Cavanaugh, Lansing, MI 48910, during regular business hours (8am-12pm or 1pm-5pm), Monday through Friday excluding holidays. Prizes are forfeited if not picked up in the allotted time. Any prize unclaimed after the date of an event is forfeited.

6. Winners must present a valid picture ID for verification.

7. All contest winners will have a 30-day waiting period before they are eligible to win another prize on Power 96.5.

8. No employees of MacDonald Broadcasting Company & participating sponsor(s) may win prizes. No family members or household(s) related to any employee of MacDonald Broadcasting Company or participating sponsor(s) may win prizes. No competing media station(s) employee nor related family member or household may win prizes.

9. MacDonald Broadcasting reserves the right to make changes to all contest rules, failure to comply with all contest rules may result in disqualification.
